If a parent or student should have a complaint, he/she should go to the Teacher and discuss the problem. If that does not return satisfactory results, then the problem should be taken to the Principal. If satisfaction is still not acquired, the problem should be taken to the Superintendent. The last step is to request speaking to the Board of Trustees.
